As of April 15th changes to the MUPC and related forms have gone into effect. All these changes, forms and instructions are now located on the Probate Court website. Click on the MUPC HUB and at the top you will see “The Probate Court announces the release of new and revised Estate Forms”. Everything can be found right there. In addition there will be other releases that will take place in May regarding Sale of Real Estate, Complete Settlements and Representation of insolvency.
