I graduated from Western New England School of Law Magna Cum Laude in 1990, where I was Editor-in-Chief of the Western New England Law Review. My practice is exclusively appellate, although I am of counsel to the Boston firm, KP Law. I have been selected as Super Lawyer for eight years in a row, from 2016-2023. I have been on the editorial board of the Massachusetts Law Review since 1992, serving as Editor-in-Chief for three years. I am also currently on the SJC's Appellate Rules Committee.
