As of February 24, 2023, the Tyler eFile system is being enhanced to allow for eFilings on Guardianship of a Minor and Complaint to Establish Paternity case types. This will now allow attorneys to eFile an initial (new) filing under either of those case types and will also allow attorneys to eFile into an existing case under either of those case types (along with subsequent action: modifications and contempts).
